Ms. Ella

Owner & Founder

Ella Pitts is the founder of Rose Academy of Performing Arts, an international vocalist, pianist, and educator with over 20 years of experience. She began performing opera and piano at 3 years old and has graced stages like Disney, Universal Studios, Juilliard, and Caribbean Cruise Line.

With a strong background in jazz, classical, and musical theater, Ella is passionate about helping students of all ages build skill and confidence. Through Rose Academy, she aims to create a welcoming space where every artist can grow and shine.

At Rose Academy of Performing Arts, our teachers aren’t just talented—they’re trained to teach. Every music instructor on our team is certified in Beginning Piano Instruction, ensuring that all students start with a strong, thoughtful foundation.

Mr. Danel

Head of Music Department

With over a decade of performance experience and several years teaching professionally, Danel Texidor brings both real-world musicality and a deeply student-centered approach to every lesson. Danel attended Seminole State College where he specializes in both classical and jazz traditions and teaches piano, guitar, bass and more to students of all ages and backgrounds.

 

He’s worked with students across a wide range of experience levels—whether returning to music after time away, beginning for the first time, or preparing for auditions and recitals. Lessons are tailored to each individual’s goals, learning style, and musical taste, from structured classical repertoire to creative genre exploration.

In every session, Danel aims tobalance between structure and creativity, discipline and fun—empowering students to build confidence, develop strong technique, and enjoy every step of their musical journey.

Our Acting Architects

At Rose Academy of Performing Arts, our Drama Directors are seasoned performers and educators dedicated to helping students of all ages master the art of acting. With backgrounds in stage, film, and voice work, they offer training in script interpretation, character development, improvisation, and audition technique.

Miss. Shannon

Head of Drama Department

Shannon Curran is an accomplished acting and voice acting coach with a diverse background in theater and film. Shannon has also hosted and taught improv nights, creating inclusive spaces for creative growth and collaboration.

She began her theater journey at Seminole State College, gaining hands-on experience in acting, makeup, set design, and stage management. She went on to earn a Film degree with a Marketing minor from the University of Central Florida, where she acted in short films and worked in directing, writing, and art direction, and has received multiple film awards for her work.

Shannon continues to teach, perform, and develop new creative projects, passionate about helping actors of all levels find their voice and thrive in both stage and screen.
